Job Description
- Collaborate with both internal and external resources to deliver solid project results on time with quality
- Communicate with cross function teams to set proper timeline and milestones for company projects to cover range from IC design, package test to manufacture production shipment
- Monitor project execution progress, predict potential risks and follow-up project issue resolving
- Management project documents and work with teams to wrap-up/archive project data in each key milestone
- Call regular meeting with R&D team and report status to management team timely
- Manage outsources to deliver product on time with quality
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years experiences of project management in IC design house
- Good knowledge of workflow in IC design, foundry, package, testing, production and application
- Good sense of time management and result orientation
- Demonstrated fluent communication skill
- Professional documentation and doc management style
- Be proactive in daily work
