Dr. Xifan Tang

Chief Technology Officer/Inventor

10-year experience in FPGA research and agile EDA tool development. He is OpenFPGA and ArkAngel® inventor and current code maintainer which has been adapted by several FPGA vendors. He has published 40 research papers, earned 1 best contribution award and hold 3 USA patents. He graduated from the School of Microelectronics of Fudan University with a bachelor’s degree, obtained a master’s degree in electrical engineering and a doctorate in computer science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL), he was also a postdoctoral fellow and teaching assistant at the University of Utah , the chief engineer in Rapid Silicon.
